Here was the scene a couple hours ago in The Hague. Today was the hottest October 1st ever. Ever. It's like summer, which is kind of confusing to experience after a few weeks of cold, rainy weather. It just goes to show that if you're planning a visit to the Netherlands, it's really not possible to plan your travel wardrobe appropriately. Residents were definitely out enjoying the heat wave. Next up? Winter!
