There's nothing like a margarita on a warm summer day. Sadly, we haven't had many summer days this year, and today doesn't look to be much different, but you can still get a margarita. Or a margarita ice cream. Today, for one day only, there will be a pop-up Margarita Ice Salon at Potten & Pannen, Nachtegaalstraat 94, Utrecht. These pop-up margarita ice cream shops have already made an appearance in Amsterdam and next week they'll be in Den Haag at Gransjean Wijnen & Delicatessen, Bankastraat 12.

Of course, if it's a good old fashioned margarita drink that you want, try the ones at Popocatepetl. Although it's a chain of Mexican restaurants here in the Netherlands, they do a pretty good margarita, along with typical Mexican dishes, including nachos, burritos, fajitas and more. The restaurant is located at Nobelstraat 163, just a short walk down the same street from Potten & Pannen. You can make reservations online and they have group dining options if you want to get a large group together.
