Are you not ready for the summer festival season to be over, especially since summer weather hasn't been particularly summery? Well, if you're in Utrecht this weekend, you've got another chance. The Lief Festival is taking place Saturday, September 3, at the Recreatieplas, Strijkviertel 37 - De Meern (Utrecht). The doors open at noon and the event goes on until 23:00. What you will get is a massive festival of different stages featuring different DJs playing all sorts of sounds and styles. Thomas Gold, Technasia, Paco Osuna, Miss Fuzzy, and Teenage Ladykillers are just a very small sampling of the artists performing.

Tickets are €45 and can be purchased through the website, where you will find a full breakdown of all the performers, as well as tips on getting to the festival. Special buses will be running every 20 minutes from the Jaarbeursplein section near the Utrecht Central Station. A round-trip bus ticket is just €5.
