It's coming up again - the Feel at Home in The Hague Fair is on 18 September. If you're an expat living in The Hague - or anywhere in the Netherlands, for that matter - this is a must visit. According to the official website,
Feel at Home in The Hague - The International Community Fair 2011 will provide the International community in The Hague and its surrounding areas with information and services aimed to enhance leisure time, assist visitors on developing existing hobbies or passions or simply inspire them to find new ones. At the same time, the event encourages visitors to make new contacts and connect with locals and other Expats in the area. Cultural organisations, sports and social clubs as well as service providers will be present to provide useful information regarding language-no-problem activities, services and events suitable for the International community in The Hague region.
Tickets are €5 and can be purchased on arrival. Head to the City Hall Atrium in The Hague on 18 September to see over 150 booths offering valuable information for expats, all in English. The fair is open from 11am to 5pm. If you want to see a video of a past event, check out the website.
