Any fans of the ukulele should head to Rotterdam on Friday night to attend the 15th edition of the Ukulele Jamboree. The event, which includes workshops and performances, will also feature a special performance by none other than Uni and Her Ukulele from California. Uni has made quite a name for herself around the world among uke enthusiasts and puts on an entertaining show. There will also be a raffle held for a handmade cigar-box ukulele. To round out the event, there will also be an expo, market, open mic, as well as a DJ, and soup, tortillas and hot dogs served up by ROTAB.

It's a night full of entertainment and fun for all and it will also be a celebration of the kickoff of Route du Nord, the art route of Rotterdam. The Ukulele Jamboree starts at 7 p.m. Friday, June 24, at ROTABS Stylecenter (Zaagmolenkade 46) in Rotterdam. Entrance is free.
