If you're a fan of architecture, then mark your calendar for the weekend of June 25-26. Yes, I know it's called Day of Architecture, but you'll get two whole days to celebrate this one.

So what's this all about? Well, on this special weekend, many buildings throughout the Netherlands that are not usually open to the public will allow interested people inside to peek at their building details.

With this year's theme being "self-made," you can check out places like a doctor's office, a residential center complete with theater and café, a community center with a collective vegetable garden, a private museum, etc. You get the idea.
