It's on now! This weekend (2 and 3 April) museums throughout the Netherlands are opening their doors to visitors - and many will offer free entrance. It's the 30th anniversary of the Museum Weekend, and more than 500 museums are participating and will be free or will offer a drastically reduced entrance fee.

In addition many of these museums will offer special activities to encourage the public to get their culture groove on. To find participating museums in a city near you (or a city you want to visit) check out the website. It offers the chance you enter your chosen city for relevant museums and events.
