Light Art at Kijduin

You have one more month to experience Light Art at Kijduin! Until the 15th of February, the sixth edition of Light Art Kijkduin takes place in the dunes around Kijkduin. According to Gemeente Den Haag:

The Kijkduin Boulevard, the Deltaplein and the dunes and the beach resort's shopping centre will be integrated into the lunar landscape by a specially designed light decoration. More than 100 illuminated globes of different sizes and colours, measuring between 50 and 100 cm diameter, are spread among the dunes, constantly changing their colours in the evening hours. Even during the daytime, when the lights are not lit, the globes create an unreal though very soothing effect.

There's a special walking route available that takes you past an ice-skating rink, if you're so inclined. What a great way to spend a chilly winter Saturday.
