If you're looking for local food ingredients to serve as gifts for meals for the holidays, you may certainly want to check out the Streekweken Christmas Market this Saturday and Sunday (December 18-19) at Zijdebalen Hall, located at Zijdebalenstraat 2, Utrecht.

The market, both seasonal in its offerings and its schedule, will have more than 100 stalls offering a variety of products, ranging from produce and meats/seafood to jams, honey and drinks, with plenty in between! You can even pick up your 2011 edition of the Waar in Utrecht (Where in Utrecht) calendar, for participation next year in the weekly contests.
