4 Tuned Cities is an Independent Film and Visual Art Festival taking place in 4 very special cities: Prishtina, Amsterdam, Skopje, and Sarajevo this fall and winter. The festival is organized by 4 separate cultural organizations from each of the cities involved. The featured audio and video productions will include each cities young contemporary visual artists.

The organization describes their mission as follows:

We want to reach, connect and inspire artists, filmmakers, cultural workers, people with a passion for alternative culture, and anybody curious for something different.

The Amsterdam edition of the festival will take place from the 27th to the 30th of October at two of the city's most unique and beloved underground galleries and peformance spaces, Schijnheilig & OT301. There will also be a special exhibition from the 27th of October until the 5th of November at Schijnheilig.
