Amsterdam Moves New Years

The deputy mayor of Amsterdam has announced that the traditional new years festivities at Dam Square are officially moving to Museum Square. This comes as, according to city hall's calculations, the party at Dam Square has far exceeded its capacity. The over 35,000 visitors that are expected at New Year's Eve this year will find more elbow room and a plethora of fireworks and festivities down beyond the Rijksmuseum.
