Jo Sushi is tucked away in a quiet corner of the Jordaan. Word on the street is that it was the first sushi bar in Amsterdam, though I can't confirm that.

What I can confirm is that it is a charming place on a lovely little side street where few people would bother to look. The menu is filled with sushi treasures, as well as some very impressive salads.
