After complaining about missing a recent event, a fellow Leiden expat pointed me to the ultimate events site: The Leidsuitburo. This website gives a day-to-day look at everything that is happening in Leiden, from children’s events to films.

It’s pretty sad to think that a Trippist was not aware of such a gold mine until recently, but no use looking to the past. This site now has a prominent place on my bookmarks toolbar, and I check it the moment I’m feeling the least bit bored. I recommend you do the same, if heading out in Leiden is part of the plan.
