Another great concert is coming to Amsterdam, and this time to one of my least-visited venues: the Heineken Music Hall. Although its one of the biggest and most famous, I find it too expensive and lacking the charm and intimacy of the smaller locations like Paradiso. However, I may be forced to make an exception for Arcade Fire. On the 13th of November, the Canadian (Montreal) husband and wife team travel to Amsterdam with not only the band but a violinist in tow to open the show. Other surprises can be expected.
Earlier, namely November 7th, Bloc Party will be at the same location. Probably sold out already, but worth a shot at the punters outside.
